Rapid Log-Migrain helps you record migraine and health observations. This policy describes the information handled by the web service and its optional native iOS app and widget. We do not use health information to make medical decisions for you.
We use the information above to authenticate you, save and display your logs and journals, attach weather, calculate personal summaries and reports, provide the widget and quick-log feature, deliver reminders you request, respond to support, and provide exports and account controls. The iOS widget reads a compact cached snapshot from the shared App Group; this can include recent health-log information, tags, cached weather and a signed quick-log token. The widget does not independently sign in or call the service without an action that uses that cached information.
The app contains report and insight data structures, but this service does not currently demonstrate an active external AI processing integration. We therefore do not describe your content as being sent to an AI provider.
You can generate a report from your logs and export data as a CSV or a full JSON file. You can also render a report to PDF using the browser or the native iOS share sheet. A shared report is a bearer link: anyone who obtains its URL can view the included report without signing in. Links expire after 30 days. When you create one, you choose read-only viewing or allow-print permission; the latter permits the recipient to print or save a copy. Active links are listed on the Reports page and can be revoked there at any time; revocation immediately prevents further access through that link. Treat active links as confidential. Revocation cannot remove copies a recipient already saved or printed.
We retain account content while your account exists, unless a feature has a shorter lifecycle (for example, shared report links expire after 30 days). Push subscriptions are retained while subscribed. The App Group widget cache, local reminder preferences, and local PDF files are controlled by iOS and remain on your device until removed by the app, the operating system, or you. A widget token is retained in that cache to support quick logging and expires according to the server's token rules.
Account deletion is available in Settings and deletes the local account and associated server records, including logs, weather, journals, settings, push subscriptions, purchases, shared reports, and report caches; the Clerk identity is also requested for deletion. Deletion does not recall a report or other export already downloaded, printed, saved, or shared by someone else. We may retain a minimal record only where required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or transaction/accounting records, and otherwise do not promise a particular recovery or deletion time.
We do not show ads, sell your data, or use it for marketing tracking. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics in the service described here.
Rapid Log-Migrain is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
This is a tracking and reporting tool, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Its summaries and weather comparisons are observational and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Talk with a qualified healthcare professional about symptoms and treatment, and seek urgent care for an emergency.
We may update this policy; the date above identifies the latest version. Questions about privacy or a data request can be sent to sara.claassens@mollysmelody.com.
